Every job is quoted as a written schedule of works with a price against each trade and VAT shown separately. You sign to accept, and we start.
Rory Johnson, the director, is your point of contact from the first call to completion.
Most jobs combine several of these. Each part is priced separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.

New units and worktops, with hob, sink, oven and extractor supplied and fitted, and a tiled backsplash.
Wall and floor tiling, baths, showers, basins and WCs installed and sealed, for bathrooms, shower rooms and cloakrooms.
Fitted wardrobes made to measure for alcoves, eaves and awkward spaces, painted to the colour you choose.
Built-in shelving and cupboards, and TV media walls with built-in fires, speakers and LED lighting.
LVT, laminate, engineered and solid wood, carpet and tiled floors, supplied and laid with old flooring removed.
Filling, sanding and damp treatment, then anti-mould paint on walls and hard-wearing eggshell on woodwork.
Plumbing and electrical work for kitchens, bathrooms and refurbishments, carried out as part of your job.
Repairs and general property maintenance, from doors and skirting to fixes around the home.

The remaining balance is due on receipt of invoice once the work is complete.
